About The Bedford Robotics

Through fun and exciting (yet still educational) activities, high school teens learn much more than a classroom alone will do.  They are drawn to the appeal of being a member of a group not unlike themselves that have a passion for learning about science and technology.  Or possibly just trying to find something to do after school.

We have the pleasure of being assisted by engineers who selflessly volunteer their time, college students that realize the importance of such a program, and parents who care about the future of their bright, young students, along with others who just want to give back to the community by giving to this program.

Every member is valued with something important to give to the team, regardless how "insignificant" it may seem at the time.  It's not about the trophies, awards, or winning regionals (though that is a very nice incentive!), but capturing the minds of students enough to show them how fun it can be to troubleshoot, weld, create graphics, and design parts, which is a part of a larger image.
