Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

They are charged with the task of building the robot, along with reforming the original design as problems arise.  We also have experienced engineers and mentors who help guide the students along with the design and build process.

Programming

The brains behind the brains, these dedicated students write the code that allows the robot to work autonomously, as well as the functions needed for the human players to control the robot.

Website Design & Maintenance

Our website team currently consists of one college mentor (with team students submitting content) who is in charge of keeping the site running and installing/troubleshooting features and updates.

General Support

Because there are other aspects of the team that need covering, such as food, T-shirts, materials, etc, someone has to cover areas that don't deal directly with the robot.  The members of our support team are no less important than the engineers or programmers.  From sewing cloth for Orbit Balls to creating a cart for the robot, support members covers other needs so that the builders don't.
