It has been a fun Week 1 . The game this year is a "soccer related" game called Breakaway. We have a base design completed and Drobot will bring in scale prototypes. Hopefully, we will be able to start building by next Monday. We have the frame built and the wheel ste-up configured. The Kit of Parts has new items such as the Classmate PC which will operate as our Drivers Station. There were a few errors we had with the computers, but everything is fixed now. We have the cRio working and the old robot is begining to be stripped for the old parts. We have had many 8th Graders interested in the group. There are 4 new memebers and we are very excited to have them on the team. If anyone can think of a fundraiser or sponsor, let me know. More updates will come in the following weeks.
